Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and dream of leading a dynamic marketing team to create impactful digital campaigns? If so, this Assistant Manager, Digital Strategy & Client Engagement role at WeMine is calling your name!

You’ll be at the forefront of digital strategy and client engagement, working with top-tier clients across industries—think private aviation, insurance, law firm, fintech, 5-star hotel groups, and education. Plus, you’ll get hands-on exposure to a wide range of digital marketing platforms across APAC and China, from Google, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, RedNote, and beyond.

Best part? You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll get coaching, training, and mentorship from an experienced line manager to help you grow and excel.

2. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience (agency experience is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; bonus if you have experience with RedNote and WeChat)
  • Familiarity with website/app development concepts and marketing platforms is a major asset
  • Native-level proficiency in both Chinese and English
  • Strong ability to articulate ideas and present strategies clearly
  • Highly self-motivated, able to handle pressure and tight deadlines
  • University degree in a relevant field (we’ll also consider candidates with work experience in this field and a strong portfolio)
  • Candidates with high potential but less experience will be considered for an Analyst position

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

  • 50%: Manage and grow key accounts, develop and implement creative digital strategies, oversee social media content plans for Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, LinkedIn, Twitter, and review Chinese copywriting/editing
  • 20%: Learn and coach junior team members, innovate processes, and help drive the team forward
  • 20%: Execute marketing initiatives and support business development for WeMine
  • 10%: Assist in other ad hoc projects as needed
