Create engaging organic content and paid ad content to strengthen follower base
From registering the account to setting up the content, including menu bar content, auto-reply messages, and weekly post content, we crafted the content with a careful mix of useful service information, business news and lifestyle trends to engage the customers. To further attain new followers, we also placed WeChat Ad for ACS to target such niche customer group.
The strategic content and media plan successfully drove 61% and 95% fans growth YOY in 2019 and 2020 respectively.
WM:CORE – Customer Tagging to Group Different Customer Segment:

There are distinct needs from the private charter customers and cargo customers. To address that, we have deployed WM:Core for ACS WeChat Official Account to create parametric QR codes for different follower sources so as to tag these fans accordingly for future content customization and CS services.
WM:ENGAGE – Customized CS Routing based on Customer Segment
With the smart tagging function, we further developed an advanced customer service feature to route incoming enquiry messages from these two segments to corresponding dedicated CS team. That way, we helped save both ACS and their customer time to wait for the right person to answer very specific questions, hence, streamlining the entire customer experience.
This feature has helped ACS to achieve a YOY 393% and 159% growth of unique leads in 2019 and 2020 respectively.
Mini Program – Itinerary Generator
On top of the above features, we have also developed a mini-program for ACS customers to generate their itinerary for quick sharing and reminder purposes. It’s quick & easy to function and access and well-loved by their customers.
